A Shiva Story

Once the great Lord Shiva was asked by his wife Parvati, “Lord ,what is the best form of faith? How can those people who have no religion practice it”?. The great Shiva responded, “By not killing living things, being truthful, compassionate, having control of mind, senses, giving charitry, these things comprise the religion of the householder, being faithful to one’s wife, not stealing avoiding meat and liquor, one attains happiness throught them”.
